PDF Multiple Pages on One Page

20210102 The pdfxup command can be used to combine multiple virtual pages into a single physical page. This is often referred to as N-Up printing. A simple example is: 

$ pdfxup -x 2 -y 2 -o output.pdf input.pdf
This will produce ouput.pdf with 4 virtual pages per physical page in a 2x2 grid.
