View Maildir Folder |
20200517 An archived email folder in Maildir format will have three subdirectories, cur, new, and tmp. If for example the directory .conferences.pakdd08 contains such subdirectories it is likely to be a Maildir format mail folder.
To view the contents of the mail archive use mutt:
$ mutt -f .conferences.pakdd08  |
Mutt will usually checl for Mail in your homew folder and ask to create an empty folder if none exists. It is okay to do so.
